Since each transcription client has different needs or requirements, it can be difficult to keep track of how they want the transcriber to handle certain situations (filler words, unintelligibles, etc.) You can customize this form for your language or services and then either provide it directly to the customer to ask for their preferences or fill it out yourself for each of your transcription clients. Use it as a reference while working on their projects to make sure that you are following their specifications.
